Rose Red Plateau 高原红，Non-Grafted/Own Root.

Red Plateau roses are cultivated by the Yunnan Academy of Agricultural Sciences.
The Red Plateau Rose has deep red flowers on the slightly darker side of the color spectrum. It sports tall, cup-shaped flowers with a high-end hardy velvet texture. The thick, lush, and sturdy dark green stalks provide a lovely background for the awe inducing blood red petals of the Plateau Red Rose. The powerful yet elegant flowers can maintain their shape for quite the long period of time. In addition, when the temperature is higher, it still maintains a dark red, unlike a lot of other red roses, that turn slightly overly bright in high heat and obtain ‘burnt' edges.
